Blake Building's parent company, Samter Homes, was started in 1993 by Peter Bennett and Samuel Goldsworth and has developed nearly 500 townhomes, condos and single-family homes in more than 10 communities throughout the Tampa Bay area. In 2010, The founder, Peter Bennett of Samter Homes created Blake Building where he now oversees all aspects of planning, development and administration. Peter recognized the need for a builder who focused on creating a semi custom spec townhome and focused Blake Building on this key community need. Hi, I’m Matthew. I have more than 24 years of experience in the mortgage business, including loan origination and construction financing.
